Commercial Building Improvement Grant

WEDC will provide grants of up to $10,000 for projects that generate a significant visual impact for a single stand-alone building or a group of adjacent buildings. The grant is primarily available for the exterior of retail buildings located within the Village of Wauwatosa, along W. North Avenue, or facing W. Bluemound Road. Buildings of similar character elsewhere, along with some interior improvements, may be considered as well. Funding is limited and very competitive.
