76th and Harwood - Luna Spa

WEDC has provided a CDBG Grant to assist with the tenant's build-out that was necessary to open a day spa within the Village. The City of Wauwatosa provided additional financial resources through the Revolving Loan Fund. As a new business, Luna Spa has generated employment while improving a space that was vacant for several years. The services provided at this location will complement existing businesses in the neighborhood. Luna Spa is now open and ready for your business!

In addition to supporting the development of small business, WEDC is interested in fostering large-scale redevelopment that will generate additional jobs, as well as the tax base, for the community.
